Taekwondo is great for its advanced long-range kicking combo techniques, Jeet Kune Do for its speedy and powerful footwork, attacks, and self-defense. Kickboxing for improving your reflexes and coordination skills. All of these provide great cardio as well. Our classes are on Mon/Thu 7:10pm - 8:00 pm for kids or Adults 8:00pm to 7:40pm (to 9:00pm if sparring)
